Ergui Hu is an Associate Professor of Law in the School of Criminal Investigation at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL) in Chongqing, People&#8217;s Republic of China. His small son will be with him. He will study police reforms and crime control and prevention as practiced in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Du Fang is the Community Corrections Director for Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur in northwestern China. She is a part-time professor at Xinjiang Police Law University, where she teaches civil law and mediation law.
