The events were facilitated in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/foley.wsu.edu\/\">Foley Institute<\/a>, and co-sponsored by the <a href=\"https:\/\/crmj.wsu.edu\/\">Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/soc.wsu.edu\/\">Department of Sociology<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/slcr.wsu.edu\/\">School of Languages, Cultures, and Race<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/pppa.wsu.edu\/\">School of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/wgss.wsu.edu\/\">Program in Women\u2019s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies<\/a>. Drs. Shenique Thomas of the City of New York University &#8211; Borough of Manhattan Community College and Bahiyyah Muhammad of Howard University presented their research on the impacts of incarceration on communities, families, and children.
