Minoring in Criminal Justice and Criminology

Note: If you have not been admitted to a major, you are not yet eligible to officially file Criminal Justice and Criminology as a minor. However, you can continue to work towards fulfilling the requirements.

Criminal Justice and Criminology Minor Requirements – 18 Credits Total

9 credits must be taken in residence at WSU or WSU approved program

  • Crm J 101[SSCI]: Intro to the Administration of Criminal Justice

    Crm J Elective Courses – 15 credits

    Note: All course work, except for Crm J 490, Crm J 498, and Crm J 499, must be graded. Students minoring in Criminal Justice and Criminology must have a minimum of 9 credits of 300-400 level (upper division) Crm J coursework. No more than 3 credits of Crm J 490, Crm J 498, or Crm J 499 can be applied towards the minor.
