Proud History
The national criminal justice honor society, Alpha Phi Sigma, was founded at WSU. Current members have been involved in criminal justice research projects and have presented their findings at a national criminal justice conference.
Undergraduate students interested in joining must submit a completed application to Sisouvanh Keopanapay or Rebecca Auliye along with $110 ($85 goes to headquarter and $25 are kept by our local chapter to run the club) for membership dues. Requirements for membership include completion of at least four courses within the criminal justice curriculum, a declared criminal justice major or minor, and a minimum GPA of 3.2 with a class ranking in the top 35% (students who do not rank in the top 35% must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher). Minimum of four (4) courses must be in criminal justice and criminology. Additionally, students must have completed at least 37.5% of credits (45 credit hours) require for baccalaureate degree.

Fee
Online and Global students have a membership fee of $95 ($85 goes to headquarters and $10 is for shipping and handling of membership documents.
